I'm not sure. I tried again, and got 100% again. I think I also figured out what the granules are in the Caesar Salad question... mustard seeds.

I tried several changes to bump my score up to 100%. Finally hit on the 'deconstructed' question. I originally said the separate items on a plate answer. Instead, the 'right answer' was the one about reassembling to challenge our assumptions.

I went from 80-something to 100 by switching that answer.
In our house, dog hair is a condiment!

Interesting quiz.
I got a 97 on my first try. I think the seedy looking stuff might be bread crumbs (croutons). IMHO, ranch dressing is not a key ingredient for a Caesar salad.
