I don't eat Mammoth Chunks unless the cans are labeled "dolphin free"...... Which of course they typically are.
 
Anybody got any good Mammoth meat recipes? We are getting kinda tired of the same ol dry rub and turn over open fire fare lately...

I don't know, come to think of it Manny did like kinda tasty.. Can you image the ribs you would get from him??

And if you are still unsure of mammoths, think woolly elephants from the ice age.
