When my now 20 year old son was 4, we lived in a lovely garden apartment in Spring Valley, NY. Daily, a gentleman of Indian decent would walk, contemplating peacefully. My ex-husband would good naturedly remark that Ghandi was out walking the greens again. One afternoon we happened to be returning from a shopping trip and the gentleman was taking his walk. My son, who was and still is quite friendly, walked up to him and said "hello Ghandi".

This is what my husband and I were doing right after that...
