The post wasn't intended to poke fun at anyone in particular,nor was the website created in that context..It was created by 2 brothers and their observations shopping at Walmart.

I thought the goat shopping was cute.Glad it wasn't coming out the back of the meat section..That wouldn't be too funny.Or would it? Why was a goat in Walmart anyways?

My parents used to drive around with a Shetland Pony in the back seat.It thought it was a dog..Pretty funny(now) seeing that cruising around back then,the Kmart parking lot was mortifying to a teenager.I'm sure people thought that was funny,some actually did take pictures..It's all in how you look at things..Sometimes it's good to have a good laugh.
