Pears in Red Wine, a lovely way to conclude a meal ... Greek lemon chicken ... Please note: Corfu, Greece is only 60 km via Ferry from Puglia and Puglia was occupied by the Greeks uncountable years ago, however, does maintain many merged flavours, as Corfu does with the Italian cuisines.
