POLL: Clothes Drying: Line? Or Machine?

For pants and shirts you don't want to put in the dryer because of fading and whatnot, I really should buy one of those wooden or plastic clothes drying racks. I run out or room hanging jeans and shirts over my shower curtain rod and towel bars.

I put a shower curtain tension rod up in the doorway to the laundry room, works great.

I have had one of these for a number of years. Comes in handy when I find I don't have enough quarters for the building dryers.

Some years ago in the town we used to live in (almost entirely residential) there was an elderly couple that lived at the main intersection. They had a clothesline at the front corner of their house, in full view of traffic. She would hang her underwear on the line, and, how can I say this charitably, had rather ample buttocks. Drew a lot of snickers on laundry day.

Great idea, PF. We have an extra one I could put anywhere, especially in low traffic parts of the house. You've given me a great idea. I'll take care of it tomorrow.
