Kim says thank you all for your thoughts, and that the next time, he'll tie the door closed.
He also promises that you all will see a picture of the finished product. He's making this for our son-in-law and his volunteer firemen buddies, who cook for a lot of festivals and such in their small farming community.
The cooker is 30" diameter and 8 feet long, on a 5 x 8 trailer.

The doctor told him it looked like he'd been hit in the head with an ax.

I'm telling people he smarted off at me and I popped him with an iron skillet.
