So would I - out of curiosity. It would have to be exceptionally good to have it a second time.

The only savoury ice that I've tasted is a tomato sorbet from a 1930s recipe. I used it two or three times as a first course but you could serve it as a palate cleanser between courses as sorbets used to be served. It's interesting and refreshing.

They only did this as a one day stunt. I do not care, I want some.
