Pot Luck Breakfast Help

We are having a little pot luck breakfast tomorrow at work while we exchange our gifts from our Secret Santas. (Polly Anna for those from the south!) The only appliance we have is a microwave and I cannot think of what to bring. Last year I made cinnamon rolls but by the time everyone showed up, them they were cold so no one ate any. Any ideas from the crowd?

Spanish omelette is good, be it hot or at room temperature. Here is a link to a recipe and video. I also use to add fried pieces of chorizo ( or ham or sausage )
Spanish Omelette Recipe explained clearly with illustrations.
good luck with your pot luck, enjoy the food and the company!!

How about a nice fruit salad or fruit plate? I have a great and simple recipe for a fruit dip. Just mix some brown sugar and cinnamon in sour cream to taste. I have used it a lot at catering events and it is popular.
