Does anyone know of a site that will let you
fill in a list of ingredients that you have on hand and then
take that list and create a recipe for you? :)

I'd love to find one. Thanks!

I have seen a site like this before, but the recipes it came up with were nothing more than just basic things you would think of one your own given the ingredients. i want to say the site was put out by Campbells, but I could be wrong.

Thanks GB. I'll head over to Campbells and see if I can find it.

Thanks Grumblebee. I do use allrecipes.com.

I want to be able to put a whole list of ingreds. in though.

Chicken, tomatoes, celery,onions... not just chicken.

ivillage.com used to have exactly what you are looking for. They would ask you type in what you have in your fridge and cupboards, then click search, and they would find recipes containing the ingredients you typed in. I just looked for it, but I couldn't remember if it was part of Good Housekeeping, Redbook, or any other magazine they sponsor online. This is what I did find, and I think it's about the closest you can get to what you're seeking. Take a look around the site, you may find it, as I can't imagine why they would remove it.

Also, like was posted above, allrecipes does have that, and here's the exact page. :)

omg, poor cleo. did you at least get her a little wagon to get around?

ok, just a quick idea: bread and fry the chicken legs, and make a soup out of the tomato sauce, celery, and chicken stock.

or cut the legs into pieces, sear them, then add them to the sauce with the celery (and browned onions, garlic, and mushrooms) and cook until the meat is falling apart. toast the breadcrumbs, then use the breadcrumbs as a thickener because the celery will thin out the sauce. voila', chicken cacciatore.

hmm, i'll have to think some more.

Soujnds like a start for chicken cacciatore, just off the top of my head.
