I am happy to share. Make it exactly as I give it to you. The minute you change or "improve it" call it something else and put your name to it.
"Joe gave me this recipe but I did this and that instead." Well if your guinea pigs like it, great, take credit! But if they run to the ER, I don't want the blame. lol

While I was in business for my self I never gave out my recipes now I am retired I give any and all to any one that wants them. I have 10 extra large 3 ring binders full of my recipes and baking formulas. all of my friends and family look at them and say can I have so and so sure. why not. when i have went to that kitchen in the sky they will say my uncle gave me that. I tell everybody share while you still can. To what has been said above. to many good recipes go to the grave.

Cook with passion or don't cook at all
