See what I find when I'm home surfing the net all day?

Now, I just want to post this for the sheer entertainment of reading it. It's by Anthony Bourdain. Just say whether or not you liked it, don't debate the folks he mentions!

ruhlman.com: Guest Blogging: A Bourdain Throwdown

Also, has anyone seen the show they made based on their experience in Beruit?

Interesting evaluations. Some of which I agree, others not at all. Although, I admit he's thorough. Isn't this what makes this a free country? Fortunately some of us can agee to disagree. God bless America!

I agree with a lot that he has to say.
I have not seen this Sandra Lee and from the way she is described I am glad!
I think that Food Network Canada is great because we get the best American Shows, the best UK shows and the fantastic Canadian shows (Canadian Ricardo Larrivee is my new favourite). The best of everything!

Loved it.

Where the saintly Julia Child sought to raise expectations, to enlighten us, make us better--teach us--and in fact, did, Rachael uses her strange and terrible powers to narcotize her public with her hypnotic mantra of Yummo and Evoo and Sammys.

Pure gold.

thanks ronjohn, great read!!!!

tony bourdain continues to make joisey-ites proud.

and bobby flay needs to wear different sweaters, or start lifting to get rid of his moobies (man boobies ).

The next time someone asks what you did this past weekend, squint really hard and say, "Why, what did you hear?"
