Oh, I can't wait for my spinach to grow. There is almost nothing better than sauteed baby spinach leaves...a little garlic, evoo :)

garlic? did someone say garlic? I just took this picture of my garlic. To the left of it, you can see where we planted the potatoes on Friday, and maybe on the right, at the far end, you can see the 4 rows of new spinach.

Oh, gee. I am about to cut a huge part of the lawn out so that I can have more tomato plants (three, very crowded, plants just barely take care of me, my husband, and my two elderly girlfriends). I mean, what does all that grass do for you?

My herbs are getting ready to blast me. Here it is too early to plant, but the perennials are up: chives, tarragon, mint. I think that my thyme died again this year, so will be planting anew.

I always love my herb garden. Anyone know where you can buy bay, kaffir lime, or lemongrass plants on-line? I've had all of them over the years and would like to agai.
