Should I start a blog?

Ok here's the dilemna.

I've been thinking about starting my own LiveJournal blog as not only do I like creating new recipes in the kitchen me and my fiancee Ellen love photography so the two go hand in hand well. I'm thinking not only would it be a good way of sharing photos and recipes (as well as here btw) but a chance to have all my recipes in one place. It also offers the oppurtunity of me sharing my recipes with my family and friends back in England.

Well I guess I've almost answered this question myself hehe but I'd just like to hear everyones comments for and against the idea before I go ahead and start.

Thanks,

John

I probably would not use Livejournal. I've heard they are pretty much toast. I'd try wordpresss or blogger for the blog. Good luck and post a link here when you get one set up!

Thanks Wyogal. I'm pretty new to the blog scene but I'm sure I'll work things out soon and hopefully make it something worth visiting
