You're gonna have to clean them up anyway. I don't eat ice cream very often but I like it simple when I do. Cream, Sugar, and Flavoring. But I still use a hand crank freezer so what do I know.

For me, not so much. I like to microwave my bowl of ice cream for 10 or 15 seconds to soften it before I dig in.

I like when ice cream melts and trying to lick it off the cone before it slides down the sides. That's half the enjoyment IMO.
