If someone eats a few lemons rather than a piece of cake or pie, they're saving a lot of calories. I can see how that can help bring the calories in and out into better balance and help someone lose weight.

I've never heard of those berries before. I'll have to keep an eye out.

I have been wanting to try this since I first heard about it a few months ago. I have a link saved to purchase them online if I ever have $90 burning a hole in my pocket. Yes it would cost $90 just to get some berries. It is something I am VERY interested in though and some day I do plan on trying it.

Does anyone have a link to these in the UK? They sound fun but I don't think I'd afford them!

Actually I just looked further and that is only for the extract. I do not know if that would have the same effect as the berry itself.

Interesting read though, thanks for the link. It might have the same effect but I can't see it mentioning it anywhere, probably does. Expensive though! Interesting that someone said a pint of beer tasted like milkshake I think

I guess the reason these berries scare the heck out of me is because I don't like sweets anyway. I like "the other" sugar i.e., potatoes, bread....what if these little berries make all those things (and lots of other things) taste better? I'm in REEEEAAAAAAL BIIIIIIIG TRRRRRROOOOUUUUUBBBBBBBLLLLLE! I read where they can take just a cheap bleu cheese and make it taste like a $200/lb bleu cheese. Seriously, my tastebuds will explode!
