Angry Staple Diet anyone????

yesterday wasn`t the best day I`d had for a Long time, I wasn`t even bothered to Cook or even order out, but I did eventually anyway, and ordered Ribs in Lemon sauce from the local chinese.
and guess what!?



spare ribs in Lemon sauce with added Iron!

what a Great end to the day

ya know, we watch ruminents for things like that, perforated stomach, but don't give it much thought for us humans...

you should have served it with prickly pear sauce.

i guess you didn't cook it long enough to break down all of the connective tissue.

the scary part is that I had already eaten one before I noticed, so I called them back up, they gave me my cash back and new dish.

if my eyesight were less than it is, I may never have noticed it.

If you are lacking your RDA of Iron, wouldn't taking vitamins be easier??

Seriously, some of the cheaper Chinese take out joints around here would probably try and convince you it was added for flavor. And if that didn't work they would accuse you of putting it in there yourself...LOL.
