Just thought I would advice everyone to ckeck out their State Treasure Hunt. I finally check ours and found out my late father-in-law had some money from an old insurance policy there.I had contacted that company when he died and they said there was no money there. (Wrong) It took a little while to get all of the paper work done but we did finally get the money.
It pays to look into it. :)

I was looking on the Conn state site and found what appears to be an entry for my co-workers daughter. I will update when I find out!

who do I have to be to get the money? I'n versatile and available.

It could be in your name or a deceased relative, where you can make a claim. If you are an heir.

Thanks, MJ. Hawaii is not a participant in missingmoney.com, but thank you anyway. Good luck to the rest of you.
