Do they allow flatulent-free horses on the interstate?

If so, where can I find a flatulent-free horse so I can go to work?

When we lived in Texas, they had not only a bike rack for the kids who rode their bikes to school, but also a horse railing so the kids who rode their horse to school could tie them up. One bike rack but three railings. And you could find those railings outside most of the bars in the downtown area also. Today, from what I have heard and seen on the Internet, the town has grown quite big and they now have more than one school. I doubt the kids still ride their horses to school.

When I first moved there, I thought I was back in the old west. "They don't really have people who ride into town on a horse, do they?" Yup. And I saw them every Saturday. There was sound reasoning behind that. You could get arrested for driving drunk. There were no laws about riding a horse in that condition. Made sense to me.
