Stores Accepting Online Coupons

I have had trouble using online coupons at various stores near me. I'm in the Cleveland, OH area. They won't accept them. This happened at a local grocery store chain (Heinens) and my local Wal-Mart. The cashiers could not give me any other information other than "we don't accept those" and I could not wait around to find a manager. I was just wondering what your experiences have been with online coupons. Thanks!

only ones i have used are ones for Joann's fabric. no problem there at all. they even take the ones for Michaels if it is for something they sell.
