Ya thats a good theory.. but ive droped Fois Gras and Truffles on the floor and my boss has given me the look of DEATH if i was to throw it out..


at home its nota big deal id just wash it off

Well, the thing at home is, we have a very agile, very FAST dog...

We have about a 1 second rule, then there isn't anything on the floor to pick up anymore... :LOL:

My dad always said..."Well look at that...it fell on a piece of paper"...
For ourselves that still rules.
For our customers...it doesn't.
 
I keep my kitchen floor clean and have no pets, but I still don't eat anything dropped unless it is something that can be washed very well. Of course, that didn't work with my double banana pudding that turned upside down. That broke my heart.
