The great grilled cheese sammich controversy

i love using provolone cheese. no processed cheese like stuff for me. chedder can be good and pepper jack. i butter the sandwich on one side . put in skillet with buttered side down. then butter the other side. i make tuna melts(one of my favorites. ) i like any kind of bread, sourdough, rye, etc. but not tasteless white bread. i am thinking grilled tuna, cheese on jewish rye bread. oh yes, i use i can't believe it's not butter so tearing is not a problem
