Don't know 'bout fried, but we've been grilling them, like a grilled cheese sandwich, for years. Just butter the outside and throw them on the griddle, or grill. All I can say is yum.:chef:

Up here, Fried dill pickles seem to be a favorite "bar food". I had a wild idea about getting a vendor's license, a stand, then do deep-fried dill pickles on a stick. I was thinking the BIG dill pickles made from a whole cucumber ought to work. $5 each.
