(Do you know that I just figured out that $1.40 per litre works out to $5.32 CDN per gallon. Now that sure isn't funny).

Well, LP, here in the states a litre is nearly over a quart and there are 4 quarts to the gallon so your gas is a bit higher than here but not by much......and not forever, hopefully

No, I bought a Ford Escape Hybrid about two and a half years ago - love it, especially now, when the gas engine shuts itself off and the electric engine takes over
