I did until my leg flared up at 4 am and I think I have a touch of the flu.

TPBM should get lots of rest and drink plenty of fluids as they are not well either

You are right about the pie crust. It's easier to buy Pillsbury.

yes I do have chicken once a week, as well as pasta 2 times a week.
