Actually what to pack for lunch as we will be eating on the road - DH will pick me up from physio and we will go get our flu shots so no time for lunch.

TPBM gets a flu shot each year

I did have a great morning, but no manual labor was involved, unless getting ready for work is considered manual labor...lol
