I'm not sure how to go from there. lol So I'll say, yes... I feel very sore all over and feel anger because I slept until 11:30.

Garband, I'm sorry you are feeling so tired and sore, I hope things are better now. If you mean, 'get up and go' by 'get the led out'.......I'm up at 5:45 and don't work until 8 am. I like to have my early quiet time to myself.

TPBM likes yeast extracts (see my thread on Misc)

I've never tried a yeast extract, so I have no clue. lol (And, I meant likes Led Zeppelin, but whatever floats your boat. Also, yes I do feel better thanks. =P)
