I did yesterday..... worked for a minute.... I like the oven method better!!!

TPBM thinks my oven method may be hampering my diet effort.....

I do better when I have company. He wants to but I keep falling into my favorite recipes which taste good feel bad!!!!

TPBM has the same problem.
