I'll stick with spaghetti pie!

Grease a Pyrex pie plate, spread leftover spaghetti/sauce along with any leftover meatballs broken into pieces, beat 2 or 3 eggs with a 1/2 cup or so of grated Parmesan or Romano cheese and pour over spaghetti, top with some shredded mozzarella or breadcrumbs and bake until the eggs are set, approx 30 minutes in a 350 degree oven. :yum:

What do we serve with spaghetti?

Garlic bread. ;)

This looks very interesting to me.

The link won't load with my crappy intardnet connection but I believe I get the general idea.

Addie, No reason not to use the cheese of your choice.

That's kinda / sorta what grilled cheese is all about

I think Parm or Romano would work wonderfully.

This has made it to my gonna try for lunch someday menu. :yum:

But I think I'll attempt Aunt Beas suggestion of spaghetti pie first. :)

Sounds like a wonderful "I'm to tired to cook a new meal so what can I do with the leftovers I have" kind of dinner.

They did use Garlic bread and Mozzarella cheese for the sandwich at the restaurant.

I just made spaghetti and garlic bread last night. Have enough leftovers for a lunch. may try this but as an open face sandwich and broiled since my garlic bread is a french baguette and not sliced to grill.
