Just been listening to a documentary on the radio about the Orson Wells' broadcast of the "War of the Worlds" in 1938 and whether there was really the country wide panic that legend would have us believe. Rather good. The play itself is being broadcast tomorrow. Might try and listen.

It was presented by Sir Christopher Frayling, a British academic who has a great interest in Sergio Leone's films and is a great fan of Clint Eastwood. When Frayling received his knighthood he took a Latin phrase for his motto which roughly translates as "Go ahead, Punk, make my day" which I thought good fun :).
