Three more days!

After 43 years working for a large mining company, (Kim went from having 220 people working for him, to being one of only 4 men left working down here in the southern part of the state), my husband is getting ready to retire on January 11, the day after his 62nd birthday. The company has offered him a bossin' job up north more than once, but he's turned them down. He's tired of it.

Happily, Kim has a lot of vacation time coming, which means he only has 3 more days left to work. And they're not really working right now.

Thats wonderful news Constance! I hope you both enjoy the days and nights ahead Mining is a difficult and risky business, so I am glad to hear that Kim is retiring. Keep him busy!
