I never seem to catch his show on the Travel Channel..will try when I get back from shopping today. I love when he's on Top Chef and read his blogs there. They are starting to repeat his show on Food Network..A Cook's Tour, on Tues nights I think ..love that show.

Interesting article. In the question about Rachael Ray (how he picks on her) , whats wrong with buying chopped onions? (its a time saver for many people) Plus, I have never seen Rachael buy chopped onions, etc, she always chops her own stuff, but uses bags of lettuce and things like that. Second, he Would Never encourage people to quit smoking, he thinks it cool?..I've seen the guy a few times, he has attitude obviously, which makes him appealing to some, but not to me.
