TRUTH !!
The standard way to write the numeral 4 is IV. But the way it is usually shown on a clock is IIII. There are several possible explanations:
a. Four I's give a clock face balance.
b. Four I's to indicate 4 was the common usage before the middle ages, when sundials were made.
c. In Roman time, IV stood for the supreme God Jupiter ("IVPITER") and it would have been blasphemy to put it on a clock.
d. IV is difficult to read upside down.

Hey, I beg to differ on the greek alphabet. Omega is the last letter and zeta is no. 6. Why would Jesus say he is the alpha and omega (meaning beginning and end) instead of alpha and zeta?

i guessed omega as well................... (my "wrong" guesses are in lower case...)
never heard of "zeta"
 'course, it's all greek to me:LOL:

seriously, this source has been wrong a few times in the past; thanks for the input.. lucky it's just trivia and not a mid-term exam...........
