In 2007, Toyota took over the top spot, only to lose it again in 2009, to Volkswagen.
2010 may have seen GM rise to the top again, with the next 4 being
Toyota, Volkswagen, Hyundai and Ford. We won't have the official numbers until the summer, 2011.
