The ruling concerned the facial hair of delivery men.
In examining a rule at Domino's Pizza prohibiting delivery drivers from wearing beards, the court could find no reason why a beard would stand in the way of the satisfactory and timely delivery of pizza. However, the ruling did allow Domino's to dictate the neatness and cleanliness of an employee's beard.
