The character Eric Von Zipper has no connection to "Rocky Horror". Von Zipper was a regular character in the early 60's "Beach Party" movie series starring Frankie Avalon and Annette Funicello.
Played by Harvey Lembeck, Von Zipper was the leader of the Rat Pack, a bumbling bunch of leather jacketed motorcycle riders, enemies of Avalon's surfer gang.
