The name was always Pop-Tarts. But,
Post Cereals did release a similar product called Country Squares, not long after Pop-Tarts came out.
Introduced in 1964, they weren't frosted at first; Frosted Pop-Tarts were introduced in 1967.

Have you been to the Zippo Museum? Thanks....two is good.

We did have a collector's display case at the library. The most interesting collection was the Pez collection and the Hot Wheels Car collection.
 
no, but my wife says her dad dragged her in there when she was a teenager.......
I DID see a half-hour show about it on the history channel.
