Cocoa (also called "Cacao") trees are evergreens. They can grow to 50 feet tall in the wild. They flourish close to the equator where the weather is almost always warm and rainy. Each tree can produce beans for more than 75 years.

So maybe the Keebler Cookie Factory is located in one of those trees? Those elves are really smart. I bet that is where they are.
