"Beefsteak Tomato Ketchup" was introduced in the early 1890's. It was made from stock containing several foods, including mushrooms, walnuts, lobsters, oysters, and anchovies, and, in addition to the mustard, it had mace, vinegar,cinnamon, cloves, and black pepper.
