For more than 25 years, people have gathered annually in Laguna Nigel in Orange County, California to "Moon" passing Amtrac passenger trains.
Called "Moon Amtrac", the event is held on the second Saturday in July, beginning with the first train in the morning and continuing through the night.
During the day the mooners smile and wave with their backsides bared. At night, they use strong flashlights and camping lanterns to highlight their activities.

See your point on the Ron/Hermione thing, but its trivia so you KNOW you have to go with the most popular name there. Penguins and baby powder? EEWWW!!
