Luvs, when you see a member's name with a plus next to it, it means they are on your Buddy list or your Friends list.

OK. So I have some people who have posted so far in my friends list and I don't see a plus by their username???
You will see it when you see a list of names, like on someone elses friends list or on the main page that lists who is online.
