I couldn't understand a word they said (except "Squish" when they were mashing it) but Japanese is one of those languages I love to hear even though I can't speak a word of it ha ha.

Very cool! I will definitely try that, if I can ever think if a reason to remove the peel from potatoes. I always leave them on for everything.
