His family lived two blocks...

..from where my shop is. And, a further coincidence, his sister in law was my seventh grade teacher. She was married to his older brother, Sam Spelling. I remember he once sent her a napkin autographed by, "Cookie Burnes" of the 60's hit series, Seventy Seven Sunset Strip. The girls oooed and awed for days.
