Oh. I thought this meant that you had to go behind the counter and make your own sandwich...and then pay for it! LOL

I was thinking more along the lines of a buffet. A basket of buns, burgers and chicken breasts in steam table pans, mustard, ketchup, mayonnaise, and secret sauce in squeeze bottles, toppings like sliced tomatoes, pickles, and jalopy peppers in pans on a bed of ice, hand leafed and shredded lettuces all laid out on a buffet/salad bar type serving table. You put your sangwich together while moving down the line, then pay for it at the end depending on the choices you made.
