I was going to offer to critique it as an editor, but I can't do that since it is in Chinese. What I would suggest is that you might consider changing the tone. Make it more "an invitation to have people join you in your kitchen" as you embark on your journey to experiment with foods from other countries, not a pedantic type of blog. Share your "mistakes" along the way (oops, I put 1/2 c salt in when the recipe called for sugar--didn't work--note to self, taste to make sure it is sugar since salt and sugar are in identical containers). Maybe make your blog English/Chinese and see if you get a different reception from others?

My current tone is like, lets learn how to make this and that... lets summarize what we learned last time... very much like a school teacher, even though I intended to be more like a cooking show.
