i have been dealing with insomnia and pain for years. i know when to just ride it out till i pass out from exhaustion.

I know what you mean. I get about 2 to 4 hours sleep, off and on, a night due to insomnia.

i concur! my doc prescribes a prescription cause i haven't slept normally for 12 years! i gotta get to school!

i don't like sleeping pills. i have had insomnia since i was a teen. a long time.
