Such a remarkable voice! So sad that she was only 48 years old. I'll be surprised (as will many) if her death is not related to long term drug use, or OD.

I sometimes wonder if special talents are a gift, or a curse? Her life was very troubled.

her death makes me very sad, such a waste of her talent. drugs are probably involved but that too is very sad. all of her money and she couldn't get clean. great voice, I will always love you, is my favorite.
