Wouldn't It Be Nice To Have More Time To Cook?

You go to work all day and come home and you just don't have the energy to do all the stuff needed to cook up something nice. We eat a lot of hamburgers.

We eat a lot of spaghetti carbonara and salad when I'm really busy.

Sigh. Yes. I went back to work full time in Sept and my cooking repertoire has gone on hiatus.

If you are up for it, it's not a bad idea to cook up a storm on the weekend and freeze various things to eat during the week. Or go the crockpot route, which can involve slicing and dicing in the early morning hours and a low setting.

Having the time to shop and cook leisurely are luxuries to me now.
