You'd be amazed...

You would be amazed at how good a bowl of Ramen Noodles tastes after three days battling a stomach flu. And that's all the complaining I'm going to do about that. Oops, gotta run.

Cup O' Noodles always tastes the best for me at mile 160, check point #4, on our annual 200-mile Grand Tour bicycle ride sponsored by the LA Wheelmen. They quickly replenish you with plenty of carbo and sodium. Boy, I love the food and goodies they serve on this ride.

This is the type of stuff we post on bicycle forums....
