A few years back I went to a cooking class/demo. The chef made this very yummmy dessert.

Ingredients:
6 flour tortillas
3 pears
3 apples
1 tablespoon cinnamon
6 oz white sugar
1 shot of brandy
9 oz of ice cream
3 tablespoons caramel sauce
36 strawberries
juice of one lemon
2 oz butter

Directions:
With a dough cutter cut two round disks from each tortilla.

Peel and slice apples and pears.

on low heat melt butter add the pears and apples slices. Add half of the sugarand cinnamon. Sautee for a few minutes and then flambe with the shot of brandy.

Put the tortilla disks on a cookie sheet and bake for two minutes at 350.

Put cleaned strawberries and the rest of the sugar into a food processer and blend until saucey. Add the juice of the lemon and blend a few more seconds.

Pour this sauce on a plate and then top with
one tortilla disk.
Then some apple/pear mixture
Then another tortilla disk.
Then a scoop of ice cream
and some caramel sauce.
You then can sprinkle with some powdered sugar if you want!

That sounds divine, Pdswife! I've been doing strawberries and mascarpone in tortilla wraps for ages, but this takes it up a big notch for sure :)
